Here is a simple partner workout Mum can do with her kids, or kids can do with their Mum.
The exercises are;
Toe taps with a ball or without
Air squats
Plank Walk Outs
Jump overs
Med ball (or any ball) sit-ups
Hamstring Curls
These are only a couple of suggestions
You can add or subtract as you like.
You can go for 30 seconds of work with a 30-second rest or 10 repetitions of each or whatever works for you on the day.
The point is:
Grab mum/child
Set a workout,
Make it achievable
Make it fun
Achieve fitness
Love your Mum
