PROGRAM ESSENTIALS.
RoseCampbell Individual Exercise Prescriptions are semi-remote – not curtailed by location or space. Each one is designed with the client’s needs, wants and abilities prioritised. An informed exercise and activity prescription is tailored via detailed consultation. Skills and techniques are coached and monitored for optimal effect, ultimately building and maintaining strength -both mental and physical- for life. Importantly, reminders, guidance and encouragement are constant. You are supported throughout to ensure change and adaptation. The goal is to ensure that exercise becomes a regular and anticipated part of everyday -with minimum effect upon your lifestyle, budget and time.

Physical activity has proven to take immediate curative effect. We are built to move. But life gets in the way, with work, family, study and accompanying stress.
Time shortage, distance, apathy, self-consciousness, past failures or the inability to forge consistent habits are common barriers to regular exercise. You may have sampled every exercise fad and believed every workout promise only to be disappointed or even injured.
A personalised exercise program is the answer. Tailored for you with your ability, space, time and health goals considered at every step. These are not cookie cutter automated workouts. They are exercise prescriptions designed in consultation with you and for you - with your body and mind prioritised.
You will receive daily support - reminders, feedback and encouragement, enabling you to find your own comfortable workout pace and space.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
In the initial consult, Rose will analyse your individual training needs and goals. This includes a 30 minute assessment and 2 weeks of programming.

3 DAYS WEEKLY PROGRAM
Includes a weekly reminder and contact with coach to discuss program feedback and progress.

5 DAYS WEEKLY PROGRAM
Includes catch up with coach after every workout and a weekly checkin via Skype/video/phone.
4.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Includes 5 days of your prescribed workouts, reminders and check-ins and 1 weekly 45 minute personal training session and follow-ups.

Here are some workouts you can do inside at home or out of doors. They are all scalable and can be modified to suit you, your ability, your training buddy's ability, the environment, the time frame available and your mood.
The 6 workouts range from 7 - 40 minutes duration and require a minimum amount of space. All cost nothing and require no special training clothes or shoes. Some use just your body, others utilise some household items or basic gym equipment. All require a 'can do' attitude.
I recommend you start. Find one that appeals and give it a go. I promise you that exercise will make you feel better! If you don't know where to start, clear a space and set a timer for 5 minutes and start.
